Store Credit / Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Store Credit or Exchange.
To be eligible for a Store Creidt/ Exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your Store Credit / Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Store Credit / Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit / Exchange.
If you are approved, then your Store Credit / Exchange will be processed, and store credit or Exchange will automatically be applied.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2586 N Fair Oaks Avenue Altadena California US 91001.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Store Credit to the gift giver and She / He will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Then we will Exchange product and or issue online store credit via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return and Exchange Policy
Items must be returned unworn and with tags. Accessories, and items marked as “Final Sale" or "Sale Items" are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be returned for exchange.
All returns past 30 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE.
For exchanges, please send by mail to the address provided. You will be responsible for the postage of returning the merchandise to us and your original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or Merchandise Inaccuracy
Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged for correct merchandise. Make sure you correctly fill out your return form and explain briefly why you are returning the merchandise. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace your merchandise. Of course, the shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us!
We recommend using USPS Priority when returning your items and make sure to retain a tracking confirmation number.
Return & Exchange
NOTE: There is a 25% Restocking fee as well.
We will only exchange different sizes for the same item and color. Please indicate on the return form by writing, which items are to be exchanged. Once Lailah’s Loft receives your return back for an store credit / exchange we will check our inventory to fulfill the exchange request.
Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping
Lailah’s Loft will impose a $15 fee for any undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order that comes by our shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing Lailah’s Loft shipper not being able to complete the delivery of the order.
Please be sure to use a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.
